The purpose of a business continuity plan (BCP) is to ensure the survival of the company in the event of a major disaster affecting the IT system. Whatever the unavailable machine (hypervisor, workstation, server, etc.) and whatever the cause (breakdown, theft, computer attack, etc.), you can restart it immediately on a backup machine. This will allow your customers to continue working while you recover a machine and restore the data.

In the event of a disaster, Beemo’s Business Continuity allows a VM of the “lost” machine to be instantly mounted in a Hyper-V from its last backup. This way, production does not stop. Once the “lost” machine is functional again and its data has been restored, all that remains is to “inject” the data created during its maintenance.
