Beemo is launching a new version of its client administration console to serve you better : a more aesthetic and practical interface, easier navigation and more detailed functions to be closer to your clients’ backups. The new version is currently available in beta version.

1/ A dashboard on the front page

Completely redesigned to make you more efficient, the new console is available in 5 main sections : Licences/Backup Games/Consumption/Hardware and a Dashboard giving you an overview of all the synthetic view of your BeeBox park (number of licenses online, backup sets and new installations) as well as alerts to be dealt with (backups in error, boxes out of warranty, disconnected and full disks). This report allows you to anticipate at a glance the maintenance operations to be carried out and to determine the emergencies.
A graphical and interactive report providing a chronological tracking of your total GB consumption and the number of BeeBoxes installed is also available on the Dashboard so that you can get a better overview of your activity by measuring its evolution.

2/ Faster and more efficient browsing

With a more modern design and an interface that makes it easier to find and consult information, the new client administration console will become the reference tool for your teams. The technique will be able to treat incidents more quickly thanks to the grouping of information “Backup logs/Consumption/Hardware/licenses” for each BeeBox and the commercial team will be able to reinforce its management of BeeBox park thanks to the consultation of relevant indicators: hard disks close to saturation, BeeBoxes out of warranty and overruns of package.

For your greater comfort, the new version of the site is based on AJAX technology to reduce the time of request. You will no longer have to wait for a page to be reloaded to obtain the response sent by the Web server. The data processing will be done instantly by scrolling the nodes of a table to go more precisely in the searches.

To help you read the information, colour codes are used as a guide :

• Red : significant problem (virus not disinfected, incomplete backup, internet outage).
• Orange : minor problem during the last backup, file not allowed to be read or virus disinfected.
• Green : everything is fine.

3/ The top 6 new features of the site

• Ergonomics : improved comfort of use. The information is pooled to make a better diagnosis.
• Backup sets : last backup by default and log calendar allowing access to a selected period.
• Tickets : name and nature of the last incident.
• Buttons : integration of coloured buttons for faster information processing
• Hard disk : hard disk usage in percentage of disk space occupied, overflow and forecast.
• Errors : total number of errors across the park and details.

More powerful than its predecessor, the new Beemo client site has been thoroughly redesigned with the same objective in mind: to improve your productivity in monitoring your BeeBox fleet and to reinforce your autonomy in the administration of backup services.

With an extremely fast loading time of the information and a more modern and intuitive interface, we hope to have met the expectations of our users.
