This is the backup report, a daily email that can be sent to your customers to assure them that the last backup was successful or to warn them in case of an incident.

How to set up the backup report ?
It’s very simple: from the administration interface, go to the “administer” tab. In the “Activity Reports” section, you can set up one or more email addresses that will receive daily emails informing them of the progress of the backup.

This is an additional protection, which will allow your customers to be informed of the slightest malfunction and to give you feedback, if necessary, so that you can take the necessary steps to ensure that the backups work properly. For the customer, this is proof of transparency on your part and shows that the management of their backup is in good hands.
