Too many alerts kill the alert !
So what do you do when you have hundreds of workstations and servers to monitor ?

Beemo presents the groups !

With the new Groups feature you can now create sets containing machines, backup sets and licences. You can also group machines from different licenses and thus allow you to group all the critical machines of all your customers (Hyper-V servers, Exchange servers…)

You can choose to create a group of management positions that may be more important than others or accounting positions. This will avoid email alerts for jobs that are not essential or whose people are on leave.

If, for example, you only want to receive alerts from the Exchange servers of all your clients, you can create a specific “standard” type group in which you put all the Exchange servers.

You then specify to which email address(es) these alerts should be sent.
By checking the “Daily” box you will receive a single email containing all the reports from the Exchange servers.

Tip :
From the Licences tab, you can add a licence to a group. Similarly, from the backup sets tab, you can add a backup set to a group.
