Microsoft is betting on change with the new version of Windows, which will be available in final form before the end of the year. The graphical interface has been radically redesigned on the basis of Windows Phone 7 for use on touch tablets. Microsoft released a first evaluation version of Windows 8 to the general public on 25 February.
