New desynchronisation alerts have been deployed for the Beemo2Beemo solution, for ever more reliable solutions for you and your customers.

Until now, alerts were used to find out the connection status between Beemo and our data centers. However, it was possible that the Beemo’s managed to connect to the Data Centenr, but were unable to connect to each other.

This new feature allows you to be notified of any connection problems between a main Beemo and a replication Beemo, and to be informed directly by email.

You can then take the necessary steps to reactivate the connection so that your customer can continue to save their data safely.

These desynchronisation alerts are accompanied by practical tools to ensure that you always have an overview of the status of your Beemo fleet : they are also visible on your console. Indeed, a “synchronisation impossible” filter is available from the “Licences” tab.

In the “external storage” column an icon will also show you the connection status between the deployed Beemo2Beemo solutions as shown in the image below.
